泰康香港子公司籌備組負責人尹奇敏在分享泰康未來在大灣區的戰略佈局時談到，將「活力養老、高階醫療、卓越理財、生命關懷」四位一體的商業模式複製到香港，不僅能爲香港客戶提供多元養老選擇，也助力香港政府透過「跨境養老「等方式，緩解人口重度老齡化帶來的養老壓力。
However, due to the completely different financing mechanisms of the social security systems in Hong Kong and the mainland, achieving unified conditions for participation and benefit enjoyment is one of the biggest challenges in the short term. Qiu Jianwei, a member of the Taikang Insurance Group's Management Committee and CEO of Taikang Home, stated that Taikang is actively negotiating and communicating with relevant government departments in Guangdong and Hong Kong to jointly explore the integration and connectivity of elderly care and medical policies in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The process is currently underway.
但由於香港和內地的社會保障制度是基於兩種完全不同的籌資機制，參保和待遇享受的條件難以在短期內實現統一。泰康保險集團管委會成員、泰康之家CEO邱建偉表示，泰康正在積極與粵港相關政府部門協商交流，共同探討整合和打通粵港澳大灣區養老和醫療政策，目前還在推進過程中。
